Up to 12 pages are in the price. A page beyond that is US$400, writing included. An Arabic version of the whole site is US$2,000, fixed, with a professional human translator’s fee included, every page laid out right to left and checked on a phone, and your approval before it goes live; it adds about two weeks. Any other language is new work, with a written price first.

S1.4Not included
- Photography, stock images and paid fonts
- Domain and hosting bills, paid to them directly
- Your privacy and complaints text, which you supply
- A second language (Arabic: US$2,000, fixed, above)
- Databases, logins or online payments. Linking the booking system or client portal you already use is included, as a link or button that opens it; a technical integration with it, or building one, is not
- Care after the 30 days, unless you choose it

Example dates invented: six weeks from the Site plan to launch. Most sites take six to nine weeks from the Site plan to launch, including your review time. The dates assume your answers reach me within three working days at each stage. Later than that, every date after it moves by the same number of days.
S1.6What you will give me
- Answers to my questions, and your corrections to the words, within three working days at each stage.
- The firm’s name as it is lettered on the sign. No new logo.
- Photographs of both partners at work, and of the front door, taken by a local photographer from my shot list, before the design is approved.
- The facts only you can confirm: your SRA number and the register link, your fees and disbursements, your hours.
- Access to your domain registrar now, and to your hosting account by launch, through logins of your own.

S2Price and payment
US$7,500Fixed, for the whole site. In pounds: £5,670.00, fixed on 12 November 2026, the day you signed, at US$1 = £0.7560 invented rate. Every invoice is in pounds, and after today the amounts do not move with the exchange rate.

In pounds, the Site plan was invoiced on 23 October 2026 at that day’s rate, £570.00. It counts in full, so booking the build is 40% of £5,670.00 less £570.00; design approved is 40% and launch 20% of £5,670.00.
Not with you within 10 working days? The US$750 comes back in full. If the Site plan is no use to you, tell me within 7 days of receiving it and the US$750 comes back in full. Once per business.
How you pay: an ordinary bank transfer in pounds to GrowMint Media’s local account in the UK; no international wire. Or by Wise. The details come with each invoice, and only with it.
